Monalisa Wiki: Antara Biswas, professionally known as Monalisa, is an Indian actress who has made a name for herself through her performances in various Bhojpuri language films as well as Hindi, Bengali, Odia, Tamil, Kannada, and Telugu language films. Monalisa rose to further fame after she became a contestant on the Indian show Bigg Boss 10 in 2016, followed by her popular role as the main antagonist, Iravati Verma, in Nazar.

Currently, she plays the lead in Dangal TV's sitcom Favvara Chowk: Indore Ki Shaan as Rama. Born into a Bengali Hindu family on November 21, 1982, Monalisa adopted her stage name on her uncle's advice. After completing her graduation from Ashutosh College of the University of Calcutta with a BA in Sanskrit, she started out as a model and part-time TV actress in Odia video albums.
Her remarkable talent helped her land some of the biggest roles in the Indian film industry. Monalisa has been happily married to Bhojpuri actor Vikrant Singh Rajpoot since their wedding ceremony in the Bigg Boss house on January 17, 2017. The couple has recently taken part in Star Plus' Smart Jodi.
